Accordingly, we charge on a time basis as opposed to a fixed fee rate which is commonly referred to by lawyers as a Retainer. Time-based charging ensures each minute of time spent on your file is appropriately accounted for. In other words, you will be able to see from our memorandums of fees, exactly where each dollar of yours is being expended.

Our memorandums of fees do not start with some type of code you don't understand, together with some significant number of dollars that causes you more anxiety. Our goal is to identify in plain language, precisely what the nature of the work is that we are doing for you and to bill you in an honest and fair manner according to our costs agreement which we provide you.

We understand that the payment of professional fees can cause financial hardship to clients and their families. and accordingly, we always provide an estimation of your legal costs as soon as we have a clear picture of the case against you.
